Project Overview
The complete civils package, located within Sheerness Docks, comprised the design and construction of a cement grinding terminal with a capacity of 500,000 tonnes per annum.
The works included 328 steel-driven piles, reinforced concrete pile caps and ring beams, weighbridge supports and hardstanding access to support the site and its four proposed silos.
The project required careful coordination across a live dockside environment, with works delivered to support the construction of a large-scale industrial processing facility.
